I'm Getting Random Score Entries or Hole Changes While Using Golf Pad TAGS. How Do I Fix This?

If you notice random score entries, hole changes, or other unexpected actions, it's usually because the phone screen is still active while it's in your pocket.

On Android

1. Before putting your phone in your pocket, press the power button to turn the screen off.
2. This activates SmartLock mode, which:

• Reduces screen brightness to the lowest level
• Prevents accidental touches
• Allows TAGS to continue scanning normally

On iPhone

Simply place your phone in your pocket. Scanning mode activates automatically, allowing you to use TAGS without accidental screen inputs. Do not tap Start Scanning before that.
