If you notice random scores or hole changes, this usually happens because the screen is still active when the phone is in your pocket.
On Android
1) Before putting your phone in your pocket, press the power button to turn the screen off
2) This will activate the SmartLock mode:
- Screen brightness is reduced to the lowest level
- Accidental touches are blocked
- You can still scan TAGS normally
On iPhone
1) Simply place your phone in your pocket
2) Scanning mode turns on automatically, letting you scan TAGS without accidental inputs or changes
