I can't log in to the support portal/forums

If you are unable to log in to our support portal or forums, here's what you need to know:

  • For general support: You do not need to log in. Anyone can create a support ticket to receive technical assistance.

  • For accessing the user forums: If you're trying to log in to comment or post in the forums, please ensure you're using the correct login method. You can log in with your email address or through a social media account (such as Facebook, Google) using the URL: golfpad.freshdesk.com

    Note: The login for the forums may not be the same as the login you use for the Golf Pad app.
