I have the tags and the code for the app but the code is ALWAYS rejected. Nobody has replied. This is the worst service I have ever encountered.

I just checked out your tickets and saw quite a few replies from our support team who have also tried to reach you via email as it seems you're not seeing their responses. Is it possible their replies are going to a spam or junk folder?
