Golf Pad Click: Battery and Troubleshooting

Modified on Wed, 1 Jul at 11:18 AM

Checking the battery

Open Settings → Golf Pad Click → Device details to see the current Battery level. During a round, the Click status button in the toolbar also turns yellow when the battery is low, and the app shows a Low battery badge.

Battery status can read Low or Critical - when you see either, plan to replace or recharge the battery soon so the Click keeps working on the course.

Connection problems

If the status button is red, the Click is disconnected or there's an error. Try the following:

  • Bluetooth is disabled - turn Bluetooth back on.
  • Bluetooth permission denied or Location permission denied - tap Grant, or Go to settings to enable the permission for Golf Pad.
  • Keep the Click close to your phone.
  • Press the Click button to wake it and let it reconnect.

Forgetting and re-pairing a device

If the Click still won't connect, you can remove it and pair again: open Settings → Golf Pad Click, tap Forget device, then follow the pairing steps to set it up fresh.
