If you're having trouble starting a round on your Apple Watch, check the following:
1. Verify your subscription
A Premium subscription is required to use smartwatch sync. Make sure your subscription is active.
2. Enable smartwatch sync
The watch will not work with the Golf Pad app unless sync is enabled. To turn it on:
- Go to the Preferences menu
- Tap the Smartwatch Sync tab
- Make sure the sync toggle is ON
3. Verify your watch Is connected
On your phone:
Open Settings > Bluetooth
Make sure your Apple Watch shows "Connected"

On your watch:
Open Settings > Bluetooth
Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON


4. Make sure the app is installed on the watch
- Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone
- Scroll down to Available Apps
- Find Golf Pad and install it on the watch (if not installed)
