Tracking Your Golf Pad Order

To track the status of your order, consult the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email. This is sent to the email address used to place the order within 24 – 48 hours of the order being placed. If you don't see it, check all your folders including SPAM, JUNK, PROMOTIONS, etc. 

When to Report a Lost Shipment

Lost shipments are rare, but if your tracking hasn't been updated for a while, you can contact us to file a claim:

Domestic orders: after 15 days since the last tracking update

International orders: after 20 days since the last tracking update

Important Time Limits

There is a limited window to file a lost shipment claim:

Domestic orders: between 15–45 days from the last tracking update

International orders: between 20–50 days from the last tracking update

If more time has passed, we won't be able to submit a claim with the carrier.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

1. Orders placed before 12 PM (US Eastern Time) usually ship the same day
2. Orders placed later may ship the next business day

Delays can occur in some cases, for example:

• Address verification issues
• Payment or order processing problems

Carriers Used For Shipping

Golf Pad offers shipping through USPS, UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx and regional carriers. Carrier is selected based on the most efficient method depending on location and delivery type. 

Can I select a specific mail carrier for my Golf Pad order? 

In some cases we can. If you require a specific carrier, please contact us before ordering.

Orders submitted before 12 pm U.S. Eastern Time, your order will usually ship within 24 – 48 hours. Orders submitted later will usually ship within 72 hours.

2-Day Express orders placed before noon local time at the designated US fulfillment center will be delivered within 2 business days. Orders placed after noon local time will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.

Due to carrier limitations, the following are not eligible for the 2-Day Express shipping option: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes

As with other goods, international deliveries may be subject to local customs import duties, charged by the customs agency to the recipient. Customs rules are complex and vary by country. Golf Pad can not control the duties or provide country-specific information. Please refer to local customs agency.

How Do I Change the Address or Cancel My order?

To provide the fastest shipping time, we process orders via a fulfillment warehouse. Orders are processed very quickly. Once order processing begins, it's unlikely we can change or cancel the order. You can contact our support team and we will do our best to make the changes needed. If you've received the tracking number via email already, you may contact the carrier (e.g. UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS) for address changes. Golf Pad can't guarantee they will make the update.
