On Android devices (Android 5.0 and higher, though steps may vary slightly by device), you can generate a system bug report that helps diagnose issues without an obvious cause.
Steps:
- Reproduce the issue in Golf Pad
Make sure the problem has just occurred so it’s captured in the report. - Open your device's Settings
- Enable Developer Options (if not already enabled):
- Go to About phone (or About device)
- Find Build number
- Tap it 7 times until you see a message confirming Developer Options are enabled
- Open Developer Options
- Go back to the main Settings menu
- Tap Developer options
- Take the bug report
- Tap "Take bug report"
- Choose Full report (recommended)
- Wait a minute or two while the system gathers and compresses the data
- Share the report
- When prompted, choose an email app (such as Gmail)
- Send the file to support@contorra.com
- Notify support
- Reply to the support team to confirm that you’ve sent the bug report so they know to look for it
Troubleshooting
- If "Take bug report" is not visible:
- Make sure Developer Options is enabled
- Enable USB debugging in Developer Options
- On some devices, the option may appear under a menu (⋮) or be labeled slightly differently
