Correct Lie Assignment (Fringe vs. Green) for Putter Strokes

Hi Golf Pad Team,

I love the Golf Pad GPS app and use it regularly with the Tags system. I currently have the option enabled to track only the first putt on the green.

However, I’ve run into an issue with how the lie is assigned for putter strokes near the hole. When I use my putter from the fringe, the app assigns the lie as “green” — which skews my putting stats.

My feature request: Please introduce smarter lie assignment for the final strokes at each hole:

    •    The last stroke before holing out should always be assigned lie = Green.

    •    Any putter strokes played before that should be assigned lie = Fringe.

This simple logic — without needing GPS green boundary detection — would make putting and short game statistics significantly more accurate.
