I would like the ability to import shot dispersion data (from launch monitors like Trackman or manually tracked "combine" sessions) and have it overlayed as a "dispersion cloud" on the GPS hole map.
Key Functionality:
Data Integration: Allow users to import or manually input their horizontal and vertical dispersion averages for each club.
Dynamic Overlay: When a club is selected on the map, the app should display a semi-transparent "landing zone" or "cone" based on that specific club's historical data.
Strategic Aiming: As I move the target cursor on the map, the dispersion cloud should move with it. This would allow me to visually identify an aim point where my "misses" still land in safety, rather than just aiming at the pin.
Why this matters:Most GPS apps show where a "perfect" shot goes. However, knowing that my 7-iron has a 12-yard lateral dispersion allows me to aim away from a greenside bunker while knowing the "fat" of the green is still within my statistical hit zone. It brings professional-level "Strokes Gained" strategy to the everyday golfer.
