To ensure the app can successfully scan your TAGS while your phone is in your pocket, please follow the steps below:
On Android
1) Place your phone in your pocket – the screen will dim automatically.
2) We recommend avoiding pressing the power button. However, if you prefer to use the power button, make sure to pin the app before doing so.
On iPhone
Just place your phone in your pocket – Scanning mode will activate automatically. There's no need to tap "Start scanning" before putting your phone in your pocket, as the mode will turn on by itself.
