We build Golf Pad Click to hold up to regular use on the course, and we stand behind it. Every Click is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your Click stops working during normal use within 1 year of purchase, please contact us and we'll send you a replacement. It helps if you have your order details handy so we can find your purchase quickly.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It doesn't cover damage from drops, misuse, or accidents, or normal wear after the warranty period. If your Click is out of warranty or the damage isn't a defect, you can purchase a replacement instead.
A quick note on the battery: a Click that has simply run its battery down isn't a defect. Click uses a replaceable CR2032 coin cell that you can swap yourself - see Golf Pad Click: Battery and Troubleshooting for how to do it.
