Automatically Post Your Scores to USGA® - Coming Soon!

We're excited to introduce a highly requested feature that will allow you to post your scores directly to the USGA® through Golf Pad! Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this update streamlines the process and ensures your scores are posted with just a few taps.

How to Authorize Golf Pad to Access Your USGA® Handicap ID

To get started, you'll need to give Golf Pad permission to access your USGA® Handicap ID. You can do this from your profile's handicap settings.

1. Go to Preferences > Handicap - Details.

2. Under the Source section, select the option Look up by USGA® Handicap ID.

3. Enter your USGA® Handicap ID and tap Look up.

4. Once the lookup is complete, go to Score Posting.

5. Enter the email address you used to register with the USGA® and tap Authorize.

6. Check your inbox for an email with a confirmation link. Tap Acknowledge to confirm. NOTE: If you don't see the email, tap Resend email to get another one.

7. Back in the Golf Pad app, tap Refresh - you should now see a confirmation that your account is authorized.

And that's it - score posting is now enabled!

How to Post Your Scores

Posting your scores to the USGA® is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Track your score during your round as usual.

2. When you finish, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner and select Finish round.

3. Tap the Post score button.

4. On the next screen, you'll have the option to edit your round details, including:

- Date of the round

- Score type (Home, Away, Competition)

If the course you played is found in the USGA® database and your score is complete, you may just need to select the tee you played from (if it wasn't auto-selected).

If needed, you can manually edit the Slope Rating®, Course Rating™, and adjusted score.

5. Tap Confirm, and your score is now posted!
