Some Tizen watch users have noticed they can't install Golf Pad Classic anymore. Here's what’s going on and what you can do.
What's happening with Tizen watches
Samsung is winding down support for Tizen. According to the Tizen Watch Service Termination Schedule, apps you've already bought will keep working as long as you don't delete them.
You can re-download purchased apps from the Galaxy Store until September 30, 2025. After that, they might not be available anymore.
How to get Golf Pad Classic on your Tizen watch
If you're having trouble installing the app, try this:
- Reset your watch.
- Reinstall the Samsung Wearable app on your phone.
After that, you should be able to download Golf Pad Classic.
Note: We don't know how long this trick will keep working, so it's not guaranteed forever.
Better option: switch to Golf Pad (regular version)
We recommend moving to the regular Golf Pad app. It's up-to-date, works on the latest Samsung and Wear OS watches, and has cool new features like: offline maps and green undulation right on your watch (no extra fees for these new features). We regularly release updates and fixes so you always have the latest version. Here you can learn more about free and Premium features:
