On the latest Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra, Samsung has removed the "Show last app - Within 1 hour" option that previously allowed the app to automatically display on the watch. We have reported this issue to Samsung.
As a temporary workaround, please tap the ball icon at the bottom of the watch screen to reopen the app.
Update: please update Golf Pad on the watch to version 115 when it is available, the issue is fixed in the new version.
