If you don't hear a sound or feel a vibration when scanning a TAG, check the settings below.
Sound Confirmation
Make sure sound confirmation is enabled in Preferences > Golf Pad TAGS.
Note: If sound confirmation is enabled but your phone's volume is set to zero or muted, you will not hear any scan confirmation sound.
Vibration Confirmation
On Android
- Verify that haptic feedback is enabled in Preferences > Golf Pad TAGS > Scan Confirmation.
- Check your phone settings and make sure Vibrate on Tap (or a similar option) is enabled. This setting is typically found under Settings > Sounds or Settings > Sound & Vibration, although the exact location may vary by device.
On iPhone
- Make sure vibration confirmation is enabled in Preferences > Golf Pad TAGS.
- Verify that haptics are enabled in Settings > Sounds & Haptics and that your device is not configured to disable vibrations.
If scan confirmations are still not working, please contact our support team and include your phone model and operating system version.
