Phone Doesn't Make Sound or Vibrate on TAG Scan

Sound issues:

Check if the sound confirmation is turned on in Preferences > Golf Pad TAGS. Note, if you turn the sound confirmation ON but decrease the phone volume to zero, you will not hear any sound.

Vibration issues:

On Android

1. Check if haptics are enabled in Preferences > Golf Pad TAGS > Scan confirmation.

2. Make sure option "Vibrate on tap" is enabled in your phone settings: Settings > Sounds > Other sounds (note, the system settings may be organized differently on different Android models).

On iPhone

1. Ensure that vibration is enabled by going to Preferences > Golf Pad TAGS.

2. Confirm that Silent Mode is turned off by checking iPhone Settings > Sounds & Haptics.
