Scanned tags don't sync to the phone

Once you have paired your LINK reader with the phone and assigned clubs for the tags, you are ready to start tracking shots with LINK. If your LINK reader is connected to the phone but you don't see notifications when you scan tags, please make sure that:

  • You started a round in the Golf Pad app on the phone
  • LINK has the GPS signal acquired (the green LED light flashes once every 5 seconds)

LINK will make a single long vibration if tag is scanned successfully and GPS location is locked. It makes three short vibrations if there's a problem, like missing GPS signal.
