How long does it take LINK to acquire GPS location signal?

Typically GPS location lock takes 1-3 minutes. This time may vary due to location, weather and obstacles around you. In some cases location lock may take up to 10 minutes. Be sure to power LINK on before you head to the first tee, so that it has location ready by the time you start playing.

The green LED flashes every second while LINK is searching for GPS signal. It flashes once every 5 seconds when GPS location is acquired. 

NOTE: When LINK is paired, your phone will display "waiting for location". This is because the LINK reader is using its own GPS. This is normal. You know you have GPS lock when the green light is blinking slowly.
