Would it be possible to force the map view to use consistent satellite imagery at different zoom levels, some courses I play are extremely 'patchy' and it makes for a very unpleasant user experience.
Some courses are fine and I've never experiences similar with other apps.
Unfortunately, there is no way to refresh all maps at once. In most cases, this issue is related to cached map tiles for a specific course, so we handle these updates individually. The refresh process is quick and usually only takes a short time. Once the map is refreshed on our side, the issue is typically resolved right away.

Is there any mechanism to mass update areas in this way? Or have functionality within the app for end users to request an update?

Hi Lee, thank you for your patience. Turton Golf Club and Pike Fold Golf Club have been updated. Please follow the steps to see the changes:
1. Open the app and tap on the Preferences icon in the right upper corner.
2. Tap on the icon Refresh.
3. Search for the course in the search tab, start the round.
4. Open the map within the round, zoom in and out until the new map tiles are loaded. Please make sure that your mobile device has access to the Internet.
If the issue remains, let us know please.

Thanks fo looking at this, apologies for the slow response.
Huge improvement for the courses listed, user experience is much improved :).
Unfortunately, the original issue remains at Turton Golf Club, please can you update this course? Also, less significantly impacted, Pike Fold Golf Club.
Getting these 2 courses on latest maps would make me a very happy camper through summer :) Thanks again.

Hi, Lee! Thanks for providing the list of courses where you've noticed the issue, and I appreciate your patience with my delayed response. We've now updated the maps for all the courses you mentioned. Could you please check them in the app when you have a moment? Also, make sure to tap "Refresh" in Golf Pad preferences (settings) to sync the latest changes to your app. Let me know if you need any further help.
