Can I redeem the upgrade offer comes with Golf pad tags later?

I have recently upgraded to the premium, and been enjoying this great app so much. So, I decided to purchase Golf Pad Tags from Amazon. 

The good news for me is that it will come with a free premium upgrade. But, given I already have the premium until August next year, I am wondering if I can use the free upgrade to extend my premium when my current premium ends.
