Do I need an RO to return my Golf Pad TAGS?
No RO (return order) number is needed. Please make sure your name and support ticket ID is included in the package. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the package to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account. We will contact you when we process your refund.
Please note: this policy applies to retail purchases from our website only. Purchases made elsewhere need to be handled with the vendor where the order took place.
