Unable to connect to LINK and green LED light stays on continuously

If the green LED stays on continuously and you can't connect to the LINK reader under Golf Pad preferences / Golf Pad LINK / Pair, please reset your LINK reader using one of two methods below:

- Press the reset button on your LINK. You can see the hole next to the USB charging port. Use a paper clip to press it through the hole, you should hear a click when reset is pressed.

- If that does not work, press the reset and power buttons simultaneously. You may need to try this a few times.

Once the green light goes off, please press the power button to turn it on again. Both green and blue buttons will flash repeatedly. You should be able to connect now. Note, you may need to connect the device to USB charger too.
