I am using Golf Pad V 20.2.30 on iPhone 11 running iOS 18.5 and have a problem related to SmartLock mode:
When opening SmartLock mode (Ready to Scan), if I press Cancel, the screen does not light up as in the video tutorial.
Currently, the only way to light up the screen is to lock and unlock the screen again.
I want to ask:
Does anyone know the settings in Golf Pad or iOS that need to be adjusted so that the That's Not My Neighbor screen automatically lights up when canceling SmartLock?
Is there a faster way to fix it without having to lock/unlock the screen continuously?
Does anyone have experience with SmartLock mode on other iPhone versions?
Looking forward to receiving tips, instructions, or real-life experiences from everyone. Thanks in advance!

My screen is locking up. How do I fix? Also how do I program Goldie’s so I don’t have to take phone out of my pocket on each shot?

I’ve got the same problem – I messaged support but they were not able to help. It doesn’t seem to be solution! I feel like I’ve wasted my money
