start scanning button does not continue

Since you took off the 2 finger swipe up to start scanning, I have had the issue of having to press the "start scanning" button at the top of the screen EVERY TIME.  the app will NOT stay in the automatic scanning mode.  what happened!!!!  I see others are having the same issue.  please fix!

Suzanne, I’m seeing the same problem. Since this change I got it to work correctly for one round. Now I constantly have to click on the “start scanning” on every shot and many times it takes hitting “start scanning” 2 or 3 times to get it to read the tag on a specific shot.   Not sure what changed but it went “south” quickly.

I am very happy now that it is very easy to "tag" a club by just putting it in your pocket.  You do not need to click on "start scanning" in order to do this.  Just make sure you have the golf pad on the correct hole.   Works GREAT!!!

I second this!  I have to enter scanning mode before every tag tap now, which means I could almost do without the tags at all.  Not a great change.
