We offer a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty is valid for the original owner when purchased from Golf Pad or an authorized re-seller.
Most issues can be solved with a little troubleshooting or product education. If LINK isn't responding appropriately or as expected after you've tried the troubleshooting steps and reviewed the getting started videos, please contact us. Provide as many details as possible. If we determine your unit is defective, we'll repair or replace the unit. Replacement units are warrantied for 30 days from the date of replacement or 1 year from the date of the original purchase, whichever is longer. Replacements may be new or refurbished units.
Warranty claims require the defective unit be returned.
International warranty claims will be shipped with a value of $1.00 USD. In most cases, this means you should not have any local customs or taxes due upon receipt.
It's important you follow the battery care instructions, especially when storing your LINK for long periods of time. If proper battery care is not followed, battery degradation or failure will not be covered as a warranty item.
Physical damage or loss of parts due to misuse or other environmental causes will not be covered as a warranty item.
