Some users reported that they can't scan TAGS if the screen is pinned on Samsung phones. Our engineering team is investigating the problem, but could not reproduce it yet. We'll keep looking into it and will monitor other users' reports.
Original Samsung cases block the NFC chip when a cover is closed. We recommend scanning TAGS without such cases or use other cases.
If you are experiencing this problem, send us an email with details about the phone model you use. As a workaround, unpin the screen and scan TAGS.
