I am having the same issue support spoke with me for two days in a row now they have not sent anything in a week. I am thoroughly disgusted with this product. It works great when it works but in the last five rounds I have had it for two. I had to scan my tags with NFC this weekend since the Link Reader is basically useless.
I have tried pairing it again on three different occasions for up to ninety minutes while working with zero success.
